Ellie's Hair Cut

Ellie decided to cut her hair. Again. She did this around this time last year, too. She took a nice big chunk out of the side of her hair which resulted in us cutting about 6 inches off. Yikes! Her reasoning was that she wanted to be like her friend. This was also her reason for doing it last year. This time, however, she had some immediate remorse because now her hair wasn't long like Princess Aurora. When she realized this, she became really, really sad. It was hard to be mad at her...I think she felt guilty enough. But, she was super good and in the end, is starting to be ok with the the hair cut. I think its cute!

You can see here, how much was taken off. Her hair was way down the middle of her back before.

Ellie got off the chair and saw all her hair on the floor and almost started crying when she realized that all came from her!
