Shabbat Party

Max and Ellie both love school this year. One of their favorite days is Friday. It is not because it is the day before the weekend, but because it is Shabbat Party! They go into the synagogue with the Rabbi and sing songs to welcome the Sabbath. It is a lot of fun and a great way to introduce Shabbat to young kids. They learn to respect the Shul, the Rabbi, their friends and themselves.

I love how excited Max and Ellie always get when they see eacho ther at school! Shabbat Party is one of the few times they get to interact with each other during the school day.
