I surprised Ellie one day after school and took her ice skating at the mall. There was a seasonal ice skating rink set up outside the mall in the courtyard. It wasn't real ice, it was PVC, but it had the same effects. Ellie and I had a great skating. We were very lucky to have the whole rink to ourselves. After an hour, she really had the hang of it.
